Brut Dosage Zéro

Note : 88/100

Grape varieties : Chardonnay (50 %), Pinot noir (25 %), Pinot meunier (25 %)

Tasting Notes :

Bright, light gold. The nose is fairly intense with floral tones, dried fruits and a touch of fig. The palate reveals an honest, fleshy Champagne which showcases more of the same clear-cut aromas. A fairly vinous style for food.

Extra brut blanc de blancs 2008

Note : 91/100

Grape variety : Chardonnay (100 %)

Tasting Notes :

Light yellow. Racy nose combining a mineral dimension of gunflint with white-fleshed fruits and breadcrust. Silky attack leading into a fresh mid-palate. Beautiful length. More of the same, slightly charred mineral dimension on the palate integrated with the fruit.
